Kario Oquendo is officially a Duck.
The former Georgia guard, who committed to Oregon on April 21, signed with UO on Friday.
Oquendo, who has two years of eligibility remaining, averaged 12.7 points and 2.6 rebounds last season at UGA. He shot 39.2% from the field, including 49.7% from inside the arc.
In 2021-22 he averaged 18.3 points in SEC play and ranked seventh in the conference in field goal percentage (45.3%).
Oquendo is the second of four committed transfers to sign with Oregon this offseason, joining junior college transfer Jadrian Tracey. Former Arizona State guard Devan Cambridge and former Central Michigan guard Jesse Zarzuela have not yet formally signed.
Oregon has one open scholarship for the 2023-24 season.
