A man died Friday night after a shooting in Northeast Portland.
At about 9:45 p.m., Portland police found an injured man when they responded to a report of a shooting in the Lloyd District at Northeast 6th Avenue and Holladay Street. Police performed first aid and summoned EMS, but the man died at the scene.
The suspect or suspects had left the scene by the time police arrived, and homicide detectives are investigating.
