The best of the U.S. Figure Skating team made a stop in Portland for the Stars On Ice tour, with 2022 Olympic champion Nathen Chen, Olympic team silver medalists Madison Chock and Evan Bates, 2018 bronze Medalist Mirai Nagasu and many others delighting the crowd at Veterans Memorial Coliseum Sunday.
