It’s been a few weeks since we’ve seen a Portlander on “Jeopardy!” which means it’s definitely time for another local to test their mettle. On the episode that airs Thursday, Eliza Haas Marr, an educator from Portland, will become the latest Rose City resident to play.
(No cable or antenna? You can stream “Jeopardy!” via Sling TV, which has promotional offers, beginning with $20 for the first month of service.)
In February, software engineer Matthew Marcus had a good run on the popular syndicated quiz show, winning four games. Marcus was followed by another Portlander, writer Mira Hayward, who won two games.
The Thursday, April 6 “Jeopardy!” episode will find Marr contending with fellow players Cameron Creel, a software engineer from Weehawkin, New Jersey, and whoever wins the game in the episode that airs tonight.
“Jeopardy!” airs locally at 7 p.m. weeknights, on KATU-TV in Portland.
