After Wednesday afternoon’s regular season finale at Erv Lind Stadium, the Grant and Lincoln teams lined up to shake hands. At the end of the line, Lincoln coach Page Mesher embraced Grant coach Debbie Engelstad.
“You’ve done more for women and softball in this city than anybody has,” Mesher said. “Lincoln High School thanks you for everything.”
