Portland police arrested a 33-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman Monday after a couple in the Forest Park neighborhood of Northwest Portland reported the pair had broken into their home around 11:30 a.m.
The alleged home invasion on Northwest Skyline Boulevard prompted a significant police response, with residents as far away as St. Johns taking to social media to describe streams of police vehicles racing to the scene.
