You might want to bring a raincoat to the Grand Floral Parade on Saturday because a strong atmospheric river is on its way to the Pacific Northwest and it could bring a lot of rain to Portland and the region.
Starting Thursday night and into Saturday, the Portland area could see between a half-inch and two inches of rain, according to Colby Neuman, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service in Portland.
