After a two-year absence, the crown jewel of the Portland Rose Festival finally returns Saturday, as the Grand Floral Parade brings flower-bedecked floats, marching bands, riders on horseback, dancers, colorful costumes, and more back to the city streets.
Maybe you’re a hardy Oregonian, and utterly unfazed by the possibility that the skies might open and dump buckets of rain on the big parade on Saturday, June 11. After all, it’s a Portland tradition for the weather to be damp, cool, and cloudy when it’s Rose Festival time.
But if you’re leaning toward taking in the fun from the comfort of home, the Grand Floral Parade will again be televised.
Here are details for how to watch the parade without having to take your chances with the rain.

TV channel: KPTV-12
