The Sweet 16 is set for the 2023 women’s NCAA Tournament.
Although two No. 1 seeds have been eliminated — with eighth-seeded Ole Miss knocking off Stanford and No. 9 seed Miami upsetting Indiana — the Sweet 16 still is packed with high seeds. Twelve of the 16 were expected to be playing still based on their seeds. Along with Ole Miss and Miami, only No. 5 Louisville and No. 6 Colorado are surprises based on seeding.
The action now shifts to two sites — Greenville, South Carolina, and Seattle — for the second weekend of the tournament.
The matchups each day are split between the two sites, with two games in Greenville on Friday and then two in Seattle, followed by the same setup on Saturday. Then come the regional finals on Sunday and Monday, with one each in Greenville and Seattle on each of those days.
Here’s a look at the round of 16 matchups, times and TV channels.
