The new biography series, according to A&E, centers on a roundtable of “WWE” wrestlers curated by actor and former WWE writer Freddie Prinze Jr. Each episode will pick apart the storylines and dynamic characters behind the epic battles that built the WWE.
“WWE Rivals” will air hourlong episodes weekly featuring archival footage from WWE’s library along with interviews with wrestling legends. This season, the show will talk about “Stone Cold” Steve Austin vs. The Rock, Bret “The Hitman” Hart vs. Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker vs. Kane, John Cena vs. Edge and the “Monday Night Wars” between WCW and WWE.
