How about a Rosé Mimosa? This wine would jam out with that idea. The nose has some slightly underripe strawberries and earthy parmesan rind notes. Its balance of fruit is a bit out of step but the wine has enough depth that it would add a nice umph to a big ol’ pitcher of Mimosas.
