Francois Voyer X.O.
Review
A quick glance at this bottle would have you miss some important details. While its shape makes it look like V.S. or V.S.O.P., this is actually a 14-year-old X.O. — a detail that almost gets lost in small font on the label. Take a sip, however, and there’s no doubting this is a Cognac of the highest quality. The nose serves endless depth, with baked apple, black pepper, vanilla, and caramel aromas just the beginning of the show. The palate kicks off with rich cherry notes then continues to reveal more with each sip.
