Ommegang Neon Rainbows New England-Style IPA
Review
A smattering of trendy hop trendy variants such as Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra, along with Topaz, is used for primary and dry-hopping in this NEIPA from Ommegang’s “OMG” series. (OMG, indeed — when did Brewery Ommegang start making hazy IPAs with names like “Neon Rainbows?”). Thankfully, the yeasty character is reminiscent of the Belgian-inspired Ommegang of yore, and this is an all-around very tasty beer — and a good example of the style from a larger-brewery-owned outfit.
