Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Johnnie Walker Black
- 1 ounce Granny Smith apple syrup or make your own (recipe below)
- Top with soda water
- Garnish: green apple slice
Directions
- In a highball glass add Scotch and Granny Smith Apple syrup.
- Add ice and stir.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a thin slice of Granny Smith apple.

- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
Granny Smith Apple Syrup Directions
- Slice two Granny Smith apples, peels on.
- Add to a food processor and puree with half a cup of simple syrup.
- Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Strain the solids from the liquid.
- This will keep in the fridge for up to one week.
